Carriage Charges - UK Only

Orders over £40 are delivered carriage paid. Orders below £40 are charged at a flat fee of £4.95 per order.

Shipping Policy

Whenever possible we will ship your goods on the day that you order them however, you should allow up to 4 working days for their receipt. We use Royal Mail and DPD Couriers and track every shipment. You will be sent a tracking link as soon as they are shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Engraved goods may not be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty goods will be replaced immediately. Please contact us by email before returning any goods. If you need to return goods we will issue you with a Returns Note Number to ensure that any refund is actioned as quickly as possible.
